The ground rules.
Filo is free, open-source and early. Use it with care, and you're responsible for what your agents do.
Filo is a Mac app made by an independent developer, offered as Nightly builds. By using it, or its services at dev.filo.im, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13.
Filo works through coding tools you install and sign in to yourself: Claude Code, Codex, Muse Code or OpenCode. Your use of them, and any charges, are between you and their providers, under their terms.
What you make with Filo is yours. Your agents act on your instructions and, depending on the access you give them, can change files, run commands and use your apps. Review important work before relying on it; AI output can be wrong.
Don't use Filo to break the law or harm anyone, and don't abuse or try to get around the limits of our services.
Filo is provided “as is”, without warranties, and Nightly builds may break or lose data, so keep backups. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us, which is nothing. We may change or stop Filo or its services at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
We'll update these terms and their date as Filo changes; using Filo after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@filo.im.
